No vehicles are authorized to park in the following areas: fire lanes, areas that obstruct the free flow of traffic, along yellow curbs, in front of dumpsters, in handicap spaces, in reserved (marked) spaces, or in areas not designated for parking. KCAI does not have jurisdiction over city property and/or the surrounding community.

From 5:00 PM to 7:30 AM on weekdays, and all day on weekends and holidays (non-business hours and days), any vehicle may park in any on-campus parking space (except spaces reserved for disabled individuals and fire lanes) on a first-come, first-served basis without being ticketed.
